The challenge

Many women experience uncertainty or isolation before challenging professional conversations. General social platforms are not designed to offer focused, safe, and encouraging support around confidence-building and negotiation.

Design goal

Design a warm, structured support experience where users can reflect, connect, learn from shared stories, and prepare for important conversations.
