The challenge

Traditional pottery and ceramic products have strong cultural value, but are often presented without coherent digital storytelling, clear product information, or an easy path to purchase.

Design goal

Connect Iranian craft with contemporary customers through a warm, clear e-commerce experience that supports storytelling, discovery, and entrepreneurship.

Research & key insights

The project started by identifying where uncertainty, friction, and trust matter most in the experience.

01

Craft products need cultural storytelling, not only product listings.

02

Customers need clear material, size, colour, and care information.

03

The shopping journey should make handmade products feel approachable.
